The production date is too small, the color is light, and the hiding is deep? 针对消费者反映预包装食品（含食品添加剂）生产日期和保质期“不好找、看不清、不易算”等问题，近日，市场监管总局印发《关于鼓励食品企业优化预包装食品生产日期和保质期标签标识的公告》（以下简称《公告》），推动食品企业积极采取针对性改进措施，方便消费者清晰辨识。

食品企业使用最小高度不小于3毫米、高度与宽度之比不大于3：1的文字、数字、符号标注；
以白底黑字等背景颜色与日期颜色对比明显的形式清晰标注；

食品企业按照年、月、日的顺序明确标注保质期到期日；

采用分装方式生产的预包装食品，以所分装预包装食品的保质期标注保质期到期日。
