In order to thoroughly implement the provincial and municipal "Implementation Outline for the Construction of a Rule of Law Government" and effectively standardize administrative law enforcement behaviors, on March 27, the District Party Committee held a special lecture on the construction of a rule of law government in Maiji District in 2024, and invited Li Hongtao, director of Gansu Yiru Law Firm, to give special guidance.
In the lecture, Li Hongtao focused on the basic knowledge of administrative law, focusing on the administrative law, the administrative licensing law, the administrative punishment law, the administrative compulsion law, the administrative reconsideration law, the administrative litigation law, and other contents, gave key guidance on the basic concepts and basic knowledge of administrative law, and explained and guided the issues that should be paid attention to in the establishment of a government under the rule of law. The lecture was simple and clear-cut, which not only focused on the actual work at the grassroots level, but also had a strong pertinence and guidance for further promoting the construction of a rule of law government in the whole region.
The meeting emphasized that all relevant departments and units participating in the meeting should conscientiously implement the decisions and arrangements of the central and provincial, municipal, and district governments on the construction of a rule of law government, with the faithful performance of the duties entrusted by the Constitution and laws and the construction of a sound and complete system and mechanism for the construction of a rule of law government as the guarantee, and with strict regulation of fair and civilized law enforcement and the creation of a good business environment under the rule of law as the focus, and constantly consolidate the foundation for the construction of a clean, efficient, law-abiding and honest rule of law government, and make due contributions to comprehensively advancing the construction of a rule of law government.
