"The problem of irregularities in law enforcement and judicial administration includes not only the problem of the work of law enforcement and judicial organs themselves, but also the problems of ineffective and unstandardized supervision by procuratorial organs, as well as the problems of insufficient supervision and restraint in the performance of duties by procuratorial organs themselves. The meeting pointed out that standardizing the judiciary is the basis and guarantee for handling cases strictly in accordance with the law and impartiality in administering justice. As the state's legal supervision organs and judicial organs that ensure the uniform and correct implementation of the state's laws, procuratorial organs must persist in attaching equal importance to having the courage to supervise, being good at supervision, and having the courage to self-supervise, and persist in paying equal attention to strengthening legal supervision and standardizing their own performance of their duties.
