On April 18, 2023, Ms. Peng, a doctor at a hospital in Chongqing, was undergoing surgery when her colleague received a call from a nearby pharmacy saying that someone was using Ms. Peng's electronic health insurance card to buy health care products.
Ms. Peng's medical insurance card was stolen for a total of 42,805 yuan, so she immediately reported the case. After receiving the police, the police of the local police station quickly locked on the suspect Duan by accessing the video, and at about 8 o'clock in the evening of the same day, the suspect Duan was arrested in another pharmacy in Yangjiaping. Subsequently, two other suspects, Li and Yuan, were arrested in a garage, and about 50,000 yuan worth of health care products were seized from their cars. Through interrogation, the three suspects confessed to the crime of stealing other people's medical insurance cards, and confessed that there were two "masters" in other provinces. In May 2023, the task force successfully arrested the two "upper families" Yu and Li.
According to the suspect's confession, the two "Shangjia" bought some doctor's information on the Internet, and then searched the Internet to find the doctor's photo.

It is understood that after receiving the report, the police immediately fed back the vulnerability to the relevant payment platform.
After investigation, this criminal gang headed by Yu and Li committed nearly 20 crimes, and the amount involved was more than 50 yuan.
