At the meeting, 56 industrial projects with a total investment of nearly 20 billion yuan were signed on the spot, covering data services, digital finance, digital manufacturing and other fields. The pilot project of enterprise data assetization was launched, and the public service platform for Suzhou data element industry was officially launched to further promote data assetization and better support the development, utilization, transaction and circulation of data elements.
At the meeting, the "2023 China Computer Science and Technology Development Report", the three typical application scenarios of Suzhou Urban Computing Network Planning and Eastern Data and Western Computing, the "Xiangcheng District Data Financial Construction Planning Plan" and the "2023 CCF Enterprise Digital Development Excellent Case Collection" were released successively, exploring new paths for the development of the digital economy from different perspectives.
In the keynote speech session, Jiang Changjun, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Tongji University, and Lu Zhipeng, member of the party group and deputy general manager of China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd., respectively made keynote reports on "Intelligent Computing Network System" and "Innovation to Promote Data Element Governance Project to Build a High-quality Development Engine of Digital Economy". In the academician forum session, four academicians, Sun Ninghui, Zhao Qinping, Zheng Weimin and Jiang Changjun, shared their thoughts and views on the development of the digital economy industry from their professional fields.
