In order to effectively do a good job in the anti-drug work in 2024, ban drugs from the source, and consolidate the effectiveness of "zero planting and zero yield", recently, Daiziying Town, Tongguan County, in accordance with the "three in place" work requirements of responsibility implementation, publicity and education in place, and inspection and investigation in place, has made efforts to promote the implementation of the town's ban on planting and eradicating drugs.
Accountability in place. Strengthen organizational leadership to ensure that job responsibilities are implemented. Daiziying Town set up a leading group for the prohibition of planting and eradication of drugs, organized a mobilization and deployment meeting for the prohibition of planting and eradicating drugs, formulated a series of anti-drug work measures such as the "2024 Anti-drug Work Plan of Daiziying Town" and the "2024 Work Plan for Banning Planting and Eradicating Drugs" in Daiziying Town, and the secretary of the town party committee and the secretaries of 6 villages (communities) in the jurisdiction signed the "2024 Anti-drug Work Target Responsibility Letter" and "2024 Ban on Planting and Eradicating Drugs Work Target Responsibility Letter" one by one, clarifying various work responsibilities and tightening the responsibilities of banning planting and eradicating drugs.
Publicity and education are in place. Strengthen publicity and education to ensure that the voice of anti-drug is heard. Mobilize town and village grid members, social organizations, and party members to actively participate in the propaganda of the ban on planting, and form a good atmosphere for the whole people to participate in the ban on planting and eradicating drugs.
Since the Spring Festival this year, Daiziying Town has actively adopted various forms such as centralized publicity, household publicity, and network publicity, distributed more than 3,000 copies of various anti-drug propaganda brochures to the masses, and pushed anti-drug knowledge more than 10 times through the WeChat public account, so that the concept of "planting drugs illegally, planting drugs must be eradicated, and planting drugs must be investigated" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and has further enhanced the people's awareness of drug recognition, drug rejection, drug prevention, and anti-drug awareness.
Walk in and feel in place. Strengthen the inspection and investigation to ensure that the prohibition of planting and eradicating drugs falls into the details. According to the working principle of "full coverage, zero blind spots, and no dead ends", every month, the town drug control office and the town police station lead the town and village grid members to carry out carpet, dragnet, and seamless inspections in the fields, front and back of houses, abandoned houses, mountain woodlands and other areas of 109 villager groups in 18 natural villages under the jurisdiction, so that the prohibition of planting and inspection work has formed a long-term mechanism.
The anti-narcotics work has a long way to go. In the next step, Daiziying Town, Tongguan County, will continue to increase anti-drug propaganda and ban planting, investigate and dislodge efforts, continue to consolidate the results of "zero planting, zero yield", and make every effort to promote the quality and efficiency of the ban on planting and eradicating drugs.
