Local market regulation departments may directly use it when carrying out supervision and spot checks. The implementation rules for the national supervision and random inspection of the same product issued in the past shall be abolished at the same time.

In accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards and the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Random Inspection" (Order No. 18 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), the State Administration for Market Regulation organized the preparation of the implementation rules for the supervision and random inspection of the quality of two kinds of products for electric bicycles and electric bicycle batteries (attached), which are hereby released. Local market regulation departments may directly use it when carrying out supervision and spot checks. The implementation rules for the national supervision and random inspection of the same product issued in the past shall be abolished at the same time.
