After the incident at the Russian concert hall, the extremist group "Islamic State Khorasan Branch" claimed responsibility, some Russian media questioned this claim, and the United States insisted that the Ukrainian side was not involved in the attack.
Putin did not plan to inspect the concert hall that was attacked, and there were many reasons for this, mainly not acknowledging that the incident was simply carried out by ISIS.
First of all, why did the 4 terrorists flee in the direction of Ukraine, and it is the Islamic month of Ramadan, according to their concept, there can be no violence in Ramadan.
Secondly, if these four arrested terrorists are investigated in Russia in the future, it is difficult to guarantee what they will confess, but it is still too early to make it public.
Moreover, although both the United States and Ukraine have disclosed the information to Russia in advance about this terrorist attack, it can be seen that the United States and the West have far more clues and information than they said.
Taken together, this terrorist attack has exposed many problems:
1. Is Russia's security really so incompetent? Is there any other purpose, and will it be used as a justification for launching a larger-scale attack?
Second, when the Russian president takes office and encounters such a major event, people will believe in Putin even more, and Putin will gain higher prestige and strengthen his strong internal restraints.
