On-site garbage sorting volunteers told reporters that the two garbage cans are different from the current garbage sorting bins with a capacity of 240 liters in Wuhan, which were specially customized by Wuhan urban management for Hanma, with a volume of 660 liters.

It is understood that the urban management law enforcement bureaus of Jiang'an District, Jianghan District, Qiaokou District, Hanyang District, Wuchang District, East Lake Scenic Area and other districts through which Hanma passed will set up 21 groups of customized 660-liter recyclables and other garbage cans at the starting point of the athletes, the passages of each company, the end point and the concentration points of people along the line. Volunteers wearing garbage sorting vests guide the contestants and spectators to properly classify garbage.

The Wuhan urban management department dispatched more than 50 garbage sorting roving collection vehicles, and at the same time, nearly 100 garbage classification volunteers publicized and guided "face-to-face" to ensure efficient cleaning of garbage on the surrounding roads, achieve refined management, help build a large-scale marathon event with ecological environmental protection and green civilization, and further promote the concept of garbage classification.
