【Red Monument】Mindong Martyrs Cemetery is a provincial-level martyr's memorial facility in Fujian Province and is listed as a provincial-level martyr's memorial facility protection unit. Volunteers widely carry forward revolutionary traditions and publicize the spirit of heroic martyrs. On March 22, 2024, a group of 30 members of the Dongwang Volunteer Fu'an Area Service Team practiced the spirit of volunteerism and solved problems for the people.
Volunteers rode electric vehicles to the cemetery early in the morning, and under the arrangement of the cemetery manager and the classroom organizer, everyone picked up the tools and started to work. Digging for soil, sweeping fallen leaves, confetti, and busy. When everyone was in full swing, the staff of the cemetery happened to come to check the situation and express their heartfelt gratitude to the volunteers for coming.
Volunteers serve in different positions with love, and always practice the volunteer spirit of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress in the service, which has been highly praised by the leaders and staff of the martyrs' cemetery.
