The blue sea is flat in the window,

Zhao Fuxuan, born in 1956 in Zhangpan Town, Jian'an District, was admitted to the Department of Physics of Xuchang Normal College in 1977. After graduation, he worked in schools, county radio stations, the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Changge City. In 2017, he retired from the Changge Municipal People's Congress.
