"At present, we are carrying out the final completion cleaning and commissioning of the building, and we plan to complete the acceptance by the end of March. According to the design plan, the project covers an area of 2.52 hectares, with a total construction area of 116,800 square meters, with 2 underground floors and 20 floors above ground.

The building with "steel and iron bones" not only greatly shortens the construction period, but also realizes the welding-free process at the construction site, greatly reduces the electricity and water consumption of construction, and significantly reduces noise and dust emissions.
After completion, the Phoenix Building will not only become a new large-scale conference center in the central area of Laishan, but also a new home for high-end talents to live and work in peace and contentment. According to the relevant person in charge of Phoenix Cultural Tourism, the 9-12 floors of Tower B of Phoenix Building are talent apartments, with a total of 132 sets, which can be "moved in" after completion.
