On February 18, Beijing time, the NBA 24 All-Star Weekend ushered in the second event day in Indiana, and individual events such as the slam dunk contest and the three-point contest officially began. The host Pacers won the skills championship, Lillard beat Trae Young to win the three-point game, the NBA and WNBA crossover three-point matchup Curry defeated Ionescu by 29 points, and McClung won the slam dunk contest for a second time.

Skills Challenge

The Skills Challenge follows the rules of the team competition (3 teams in a team, 3 teams in total), with the host team (Haliburton, Turner, Mathurin), the top team (Edwards, Banchero, Wembanyama) and the All-Star team (Trae Young, Maxey, Scottie Barnes).

The competition is divided into three rounds, the first round is a team relay (100 points), the second round is a team pass (100 points), and the third round is a team pass (200 points). If a team is tied at the end of the first three rounds, a mid-circle shooting play-off will be played, and the team with less time in the mid-circle will win outright.
