In view of the fact that key groups such as the elderly take more trains, Xichang West Railway Station and Panzhihua South Station, with the assistance of the Liangshan Youth League Prefecture Committee and the Panzhihua Youth League Committee, actively give full play to the work advantages of the "Qingcheng" volunteer service team, and organize 30 volunteers to provide passengers with information consultation, ride guidance, key passenger assistance and other volunteer services at the station every day to ensure that passengers travel in an orderly manner.
In order to ensure the smooth travel of passengers, all stations in the tube have smooth passenger entry and exit stations, convenient transfer lines in the station, and additional personnel have been dispatched to key parts such as ticket halls, elevator entrances, and platforms, so as to provide service guidance and safety protection, and ensure that passengers purchase tickets, enter and exit the station, and take the train in an orderly and convenient manner.
During the festival, in order to ensure the stability of transportation during the festival, the Xichang train depot strengthened the duty on duty, and also set up a party member commando team to assist the station in the passenger organization during the peak passenger flow period, and did a solid job in the Spring Festival transportation guarantee work.
