From the 19th to the 23rd, there will be a rain and snow, cooling and windy weather, and the precipitation phase in the early stage of the process is complex, accompanied by rain and snow conversion, and the average daily temperature will drop by 8 °C ~ 10 °C. At the same time, on the 18th and 19th, there were gusts of about level 6.
In terms of environmental meteorology: from tonight to the 18th, the atmospheric diffusion conditions are average, and the air quality gradually turns from good to light to moderate pollution, and the atmospheric diffusion conditions gradually improve due to the influence of cold air and rain and snow weather from the 19th.
