For Jiang Qiang, deputy commander-in-chief of the Ningbo Phase III Project Headquarters of Zhejiang Communications Group's Hangzhou-Ningbo Double Line, such a scene has long been accustomed to it.

In the past 37 years, he has participated in the construction and management of many key projects such as Taijin Expressway, Yueqing Bay Bridge, and Ningbo Zhoushan Port Main Passage Project.
In 2024, the third phase of the Hangzhou-Ningbo double-track project kicked off the prelude to the full start of construction. As an important part of the Hangzhou-Ningbo high-speed double line, the project is an important collection and distribution channel of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, with a total length of 26.15 kilometers and a total investment of 21.864 billion yuan, which is planned to be completed by the end of 27 years.
As the person in charge of the project, Jiang Qiang feels a great responsibility. Jiang Qiang was so anxious that he went to the relevant units in the port area seven or eight times a month, organized all parties to negotiate around key issues, and actively promoted various safety evaluations, improved and optimized the construction plan, and made detailed safety technical disclosure to the construction personnel entering the port, so as to ensure the smooth entry of the project.
However, entering the site is only the first step, and the project construction is also facing the problem of tight construction period and heavy tasks, so it is necessary to complete the water output of the Yongjiang Bridge before the flood season in June this year, so as to minimize the impact of the typhoon on the project period, so as to ensure that the bridge closes as scheduled. To this end, Jiang Qiang led the participating units to formulate a reasonable and effective construction plan, and decided not to stop work during the Spring Festival this year to seize the golden period of construction.
As early as a month before the year, Jiang Qiang went to the construction site many times to carry out year-end and New Year work investigations, inspected the on-site safety facilities and emergency equipment, and made arrangements for non-stop work during the Spring Festival. At the research meeting, he most often said that he should do a good job in safe production, "We must play a good role in escorting and promoting safety, and build the third phase of the project into a new benchmark for safety projects." ”

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the Spring Festival construction, Jiang Qiang took the trouble to learn from the heads of the participating units about the implementation of various safety measures, and required that the leadership must be strictly implemented, 24-hour duty and information reporting system during the Spring Festival.
He confirmed the allocation of on-duty personnel every day to ensure that the on-duty personnel understand engineering, safety and management, and can carry out emergency treatment as soon as possible in the event of an accident.
Despite this, he still participates in the on-duty duty during the Spring Festival. "I will retire in a few years, and I want to cherish every day on the project, dedicate my experience and energy to this land, and strive to create a century-old quality project of Ping An, so that I have no regrets in my career. Jiang Qiang uses practical actions to practice the simple feelings of an old party member doing business, dedication, and being an example.
It is reported that during the Spring Festival, more than 100 builders of the Hangzhou-Ningbo double-track Ningbo Phase III project stayed on their posts, and they came from all over the world, silently staying at their posts, and interpreting the mission of transportation builders with a stick.
