This is the first free high-speed rail special train for migrant workers in Guizhou Province in 2024, and it is also a special train for Guangdong-Guizhou labor cooperation to transport Guizhou migrant workers to Guangdong to return to work.

In order to ensure the smooth operation of the special train for migrant workers, the railway department adopts the method of reconnecting the trains of the scheduled EMU trains, and handles group tickets for migrant workers in advance to meet the needs of migrant workers to return to work. The Zunyi Railway Depot organized each station in the management in advance to connect with the characteristics of outbound labor export transportation in Zunyi, Tongzi and other places in northern Qianbei, accurately carried out passenger flow analysis, scientifically allocated transportation capacity, and formulated a work plan and emergency plan for the key transportation organization of the return migrant train.

The team carefully prepared safety instructions for migrant workers, mobile phone charging cables, etc. The train is equipped with a medicine box with more than 20 kinds of commonly used medicines. At the same time, the train provides 15 yuan, 32 yuan and other varieties and grades of package lunches, which can be scanned to order, and the staff can deliver meals to the seats, so as to ensure that the travel of migrant workers is more convenient and warmer.

Up to now, Guizhou Railway has decided to run 21 special trains for returning workers, serving more than 15,000 migrant workers.

Zhenxiong Station, under the jurisdiction of Yibin Railway Depot of Chengdu Bureau Group Company, is located in Zhenxiong County, the hinterland of Wumeng Mountain, and is the most populous county in Yunnan Province, with a total population of 1.71 million and more than 400,000 migrant workers in the province.
