At present, the i9-14900KS has appeared on the OCCT benchmark platform, thus revealing some parameter information. Looking at the specs, the Intel Core i9-14900KS will feature the same 24-core and 32-thread configuration as its predecessor, including 8 P-cores and 16 E-cores of the chip, and will come with 36MB of L3 cache and 32MB of L2 cache. It's worth noting that this processor has a base clock of 3.2GHz and a terrifying 6.2GHz maximum frequency, which is 200MHz higher than the current highest-frequency i9-13900KS and i9-14900K, and will set a new frequency record after release.

However, the increase in frequency also comes with an increase in power consumption and temperature, with the i9-14900KS having a base TDP (PL1) of 150W, while the peak power consumption is as high as 410W, with an average power rating of 330W. At such a high TDP, the temperature of the chip reaches up to 101°C, with the P-core reaching a maximum of nearly 5.9GHz. However, it is still unclear when Intel will release this processor.
