Recently, the Yuli County Public Security Bureau Food and Drug Environmental Crime Investigation Brigade and the County Agriculture and Rural Bureau carried out special inspections on the county's agricultural production and operation enterprises, and cracked down on all kinds of fake and inferior agricultural materials, pit farmers and harmful agricultural illegal acts, and strictly controlled the safety of agricultural materials "the first pass" to escort the safety of spring ploughing.
During the period, the inspection team focused on key areas such as the production of seeds and fertilizers, the illegal addition of prohibited ingredients to pesticides, and the illegal operation of prohibited pesticides. Focus on checking whether the license is complete, whether it is illuminated and operated, whether there is an over-scope operation; whether the agricultural material purchase and sales account is perfect, whether it sells counterfeit, shoddy, expired, illegally added, shoddy agricultural materials; whether there is trademark infringement, fraudulent use of other people's factory names and addresses, whether there is false propaganda in packaging; whether the price of the products is clearly marked, whether it is in accordance with the guidance price stipulated by the state to engage in business activities, whether there is price fraud, price collusion and price gouging and other illegal acts.
During the inspection, operators are required to strengthen the quality management of agricultural materials, strict management of agricultural materials purchase and sales ledgers, so that the source of products can be traced, the destination can be traced, and the quality is guaranteed, and resolutely put an end to the flow of fake and shoddy agricultural products into the market, and effectively maintain a good agricultural market environment. At the same time, the police to buy agricultural products and operators to explain the relevant laws and policies of agricultural products, calling on the masses to report fake and shoddy agricultural products and illegal and criminal clues to the public security organs or administrative departments in a timely manner.
In this inspection, a total of 10 agricultural stores were inspected, and the hidden dangers found were ordered to be rectified. In the next step, the Yuli County Public Security Bureau will continue to work with relevant departments to maintain a high-pressure and hard-hitting situation, increase the inspection of agricultural materials, further standardize the quality and market order and safety of agricultural products, and let farmers sow safe seeds, apply safe fertilizers, and use safe drugs during the spring ploughing period.
