In this round of cold wave process, the minimum temperature in the city in 48 hours from the 14th to the 16th can drop by about 8 °C. On the 16th, the lowest temperature was about 2 degrees Celsius in the urban area, and minus 2 degrees to minus 1 degree in the suburbs, with thin ice.
From the 17th to the 21st, there will be a cold wave from west to east and from north to south to affect most parts of the mainland, and the temperature will drop by 6-10 °C successively, 12-16 °C in some areas, and above 18 °C locally; the land wind will be 4-7 with gusts of 7-9, and the wind in the eastern sea area will be 6-8 with gusts of 9-10. There is light to moderate rain in the south of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and locally heavy to heavy rain.
