Wang Zhe said with a smile, sticking to his post during the festival did not feel hard, but enjoyed it.
Wang Zhe is a native of Songjiang, and he has liked drama since he was a child, and he basically goes to the city to watch one or two shows every month. "Every time I watch a good drama, I get great spiritual satisfaction. Wang Zhe said. Therefore, during the job search after graduating from college in 2022, he happened to see that the newly built Yunjian Theater was recruiting, and he immediately signed up.
Wang Zhe studied computer science in college, so he initially applied for the technical department and wanted to do stage technology, but with his humorous personality and active thinking, he finally ended up in the brand department by mistake, responsible for event planning. "When I received the offer, I was really excited. Wang Zhe recalled, so in his later work, he often took the initiative to work overtime because of his love, and he enjoyed the joy of enjoying a performance when he completed his work in front of and behind the scenes.
The brand department will plan an open day every month, such as the main creator meeting, script reading and other activities, and each activity must be thoughtful at every step from conception to organization to execution. Not long ago, Wang Zhe successfully planned and presided over the public open day with the theme of "Cloud Poetry Conference", and he was very pleased to see the enthusiasm of the children to actively participate and hold high the hands of answering questions, and he could better understand the meaning of his work.
In addition, Wang Zhe, who likes photography, also took the initiative to take on the work of filming and recording the performance process. What he is most proud of is that after each performance, he will be the first to walk on the stage and take a group photo for the actors and the audience, freezing the good memories.
On the day of the interview, there was a large-scale performance in the theater, and at 11 o'clock at noon, the performer called to meet and said that the actors would arrive soon, and Wang Zhe also got up immediately. He had to communicate with the media about the interview in advance, and he also had to help serve the audience and answer some questions from the audience before the opening.
