It has a Tier 2, Tech level 7, durability 230, light armor, costs 900, and requires a radar station before production. Both ground and air attack damage are 30x2 (AP), cooldown 68, speed 7, range 2-8, vision 7.

The car has a minimum range, and the hovering drive is susceptible to interference from the ion storm and cannot move in the ion storm. Although it can only fire a few rockets at a time and cannot fire a salvo, it already poses a serious threat to the Hobi helicopters of the Nod Brotherhood. Rockets can track targets and have a long range. The vehicle has low armor and can be used against the Wolverine, Titan, and Mammoth MK.II Heavy Walkers, as well as good anti-armor when other units take damage to it.
