Yuhuamen opened during the Republic of China
It is located between Zhonghua Gate and Wuding Gate. In May 1935, with the completion and opening of the Ningwu section of the Jiangnan Railway, in order to connect the small train in Nanjing with the Jiangnan Railway, this gate was opened in March 1936. The city gate is a single-hole coupon gate, which was demolished in the 50s of the 20th century.
