The Jazz's official social media announced that a deal was officially reached with the Pistons. The Jazz sent Fontezio to Knox, a 2024 second-round pick and the signing rights of Procci, the No. 36 pick, from the Pistons. Fontecchio has started 34 games for the Jazz this season and is shooting 39.1 percent from three-point range. His contract expires this year, at which point he will become a restricted free agent. Knox, 24, was selected by the Knicks with the ninth pick in the first round in 2018.
The Raptors traded Schroder to the Nets in exchange for Dinwiddie!
The Hornets closed a deal with the Mavericks. The Hornets sent P.J. Washington to the Mavericks for Grant Williams, Seth Curry and a first-round pick. This first-round pick is a lightly protected 2027 first-round pick, protected only by the first two picks. The Hornets also gave the Mavericks two second-round picks in the trade.
