According to the instructions of the Party Central Committee, the center of the Anti-Japanese War in Shandong was placed in the Yimeng Mountains...... The service group was honored to invite Xu Min'an, the son of Yi Tingzhen, one of the six sisters of Yimeng, to lead the service group to visit the memorial hall to remember the heroines who emerged in the old area of Yimeng during the revolutionary war years.
Entering the museum, you will be greeted by a huge oil painting, on which six young women have resolute and fearless faces, they were born in poverty, but for the sake of national independence and people's happiness, they forgot to die and fought bravely. They made military shoes, spread pancakes, transported ammunition, and cared for the wounded and sick for their children, and made immortal contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. "After receiving the task of making military shoes, the six sisters lit the lamps overnight to make them, and cut off their ......clothes when there was not enough cloth to make the shoes," Xu Minan vividly told the members of the service group the story of her mother's revolutionary years.
After the visit to the memorial hall, Mr. Xu Minan invited the service group to visit the former residence of the six sisters. "They use these carts to transport grain, grind noodles, spread pancakes, and do whatever is needed on the front line."
