1. Scope of payment.
All urban and rural residents in our district who do not fall within the scope of basic medical insurance for employees can participate, including unemployed Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who live in the mainland (mainland) and apply for residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents.
2. Payment time and standard
In 2024, the individual payment time for urban and rural residents medical insurance (including school students) will be extended to March 15, the payment standard is 380 yuan, and the per capita financial subsidy standard is not less than 640 yuan/person/year, and the waiting period for the treatment of insured residents who pay the medical premiums for urban and rural residents in the current year during the extended payment period is 30 days, and the actual payment is 30 days after the medical insurance treatment is enjoyed, and the medical insurance fund does not chase the lake to pay the medical expenses incurred during and before the waiting period for treatment.
3. Payment method
Payment can be made online through the Henan Tax APP, WeChat "Henan Tax" official account, "Henan Tax" applet, Alipay "Henan Tax" applet, etc., or you can go to the nearest rural commercial bank and other cooperative bank outlets, tax service halls and other offline methods to pay the fee.
Fourth, the treatment after participating in the insurance
After enrolling, you can enjoy the following medical insurance benefits:
1. Outpatient co-ordination for urban and rural residents, with an annual reimbursement limit of 280 yuan per person for general outpatient medical expenses incurred in designated hospitals, designated health centers, designated community health service centers and designated village health centers within Mengjin District;
2. For the "two diseases" (hypertension and diabetes patients), the town health center and the village clinic can be reimbursed up to 240 yuan per person for outpatient treatment;
3. Outpatient chronic disease medical treatment (38 types);
4. Medical treatment for serious diseases (78 types);
5. Outpatient special drug treatment;
6. Hospitalization medical treatment (including maternity medical treatment and neonatal medical treatment);
7. Medical treatment of critical illness insurance.
The maximum annual payment limit for hospitalization treatment of basic medical insurance is 150,000 yuan, and the maximum annual payment limit for hospitalization of serious illness insurance is 400,000 yuan, with a total maximum reimbursement of 550,000 yuan.
5. Precautions
If you or your family members have not yet gone through the registration procedures, please go to the life insurance Mengjin branch company or the medical insurance window of the town (office) convenience center where your household registration is located, and then pay the insurance in the above way.
