Recently, in Baowu (Shanghai) Carbon Neutral Industrial Park, the first characteristic industrial park with green and low-carbon industries as the core in Shanghai, the Baoshan District Development and Reform Commission, the District Ecological Environment Bureau, the District Economic Commission, the District Science and Technology Innovation Commission, and the relevant units of Youyi Road Street held a meeting with Baodi Assets on "building a high-level carbon neutral industrial park and building a core functional area of green and low-carbon supply chain". At the same time, it witnessed the signing of the contract between Baodi Asset Management and representatives of carbon neutral industrial park cooperation institutions such as Easy Carbon Digital Technology and Baosteel Central Research Institute, as well as representatives of green and low-carbon enterprises such as Yingong Technology and Weihuan Biotechnology.
Accelerating the promotion of green, low-carbon and high-quality development and building a green and low-carbon supply chain system are not only the missions and tasks of Baoshan to implement the national strategy and the deployment of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, but also the opportunities and internal needs of the times to promote the transformation and development of Baoshan. At the meeting, the director of the Baoshan District Development and Reform Commission and the senior vice president (presiding over the work) of Baodi Assets signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. The two sides will deepen cooperation on "accelerating the construction of carbon neutral industrial parks, building core functional areas of green and low-carbon supply chains, building demonstration models of green and low-carbon parks, and launching green and low-carbon brands". Support leading enterprises in key industries to play a leading role in key areas such as supply chain integration and low-carbon management innovation, form more landmark and leading cooperation achievements, create a model of "central and local cooperation", and empower the construction of the city's green and low-carbon transformation model area.
As an innovative enterprise in the field of "dual carbon" that has been deeply cultivated and grown rapidly in Baoshan, Easy Carbon Digital Technology has continued to make efforts in the construction of carbon data standard system and the construction of carbon accounting model library, and constantly developed various carbon service application scenarios. At the meeting, the Development and Reform Commission of Baoshan District and Yicarbon Digital Technology reached a strategic cooperation on "digital carbon integration to help the construction of green and low-carbon supply chain". The two sides will focus on the establishment of a green and low-carbon standard system, the construction of a green and low-carbon supply chain platform in the Yangtze River Delta, the construction of a green and low-carbon service system such as a carbon accounting model library and a carbon emission factor database, and in-depth cooperation in innovation studios, talent training, and subject research. The two parties will work together to build a public service platform for the green and low-carbon supply chain in the Yangtze River Delta, which is "undertaken by Baoshan, serving the whole city, radiating the Yangtze River Delta, and facing the whole country", and jointly promote the integration of relevant resources and the implementation of projects, so as to continuously expand the brand influence of Baoshan's green and low-carbon ecosystem.
In the next step, Baoshan will take the construction of green and low-carbon supply chain as an important starting point, continue to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of production methods, strengthen government-enterprise cooperation and resource integration, accelerate the construction of green and low-carbon supply chain core functional areas with carbon neutral industrial parks as the main carrying area, launch the brand of green and low-carbon public service platform in the Yangtze River Delta, and further improve the concentration and functional agglomeration of green and low-carbon industries.
