Due to a wide range of snowfall, many county and village roads in the middle and high mountainous areas of Shiquan County have been covered with snow and ice, and the traffic police squadrons have also taken temporary traffic control measures on the snow-covered dangerous road sections, and the highway maintenance company has taken timely measures to remove snow and ice. As of 12 noon on February 4, the temporary control measures of national and provincial roads, county townships and village roads in Shiquan County have all been lifted, and no accidents have occurred.
