Some have no chance of winning the lawsuit, and some even if the parties are willing to entrust, I feel that the winner is only my benefit, and there is no interest in the lawsuit for the parties. I have always felt that the practice of a lawyer belongs to the service industry, and if you can't create "value (emotion or money)" for your clients, even if you represent a case, you will eventually be complained, and it is better not to accept it.
