Event content
During the event, mobile phone users with GPS positioning in Bengbu who have completed the real-name card binding of the Wing Pay APP client and reached two stars and three stars can log in to the first page of the Wing Pay APP, scroll the page in the lower left corner and click to enter the activity interface to participate in the coupon collection activity, the same user (the same mobile phone number, mobile phone terminal, and ID card are regarded as the same user), each type of consumption voucher is limited to 1 (up to 4 can be collected). Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Consumption voucher usage requirements
1. After the consumer receives the coupon successfully, he or she must use the verification when making offline consumption at the designated merchant on the spot.
2. When the consumption voucher is used, it can be used in conjunction with other preferential activities of the merchant.
3. Consumption vouchers cannot be withdrawn, recharged, transferred, paid for or sold.
4. Merchants must leave documents and other materials that can prove the actual consumption of consumers for future reference.

Other considerations
1. This event does not support the participation of 149/162/165/167/170/171 segments, non-standard Internet of Things card registered ePay accounts and historical risk users;
2. Bulk group purchases, consolidation of orders, order splitting, tobacco and alcohol, virtual point cards (including consumption cards/coupons, delivery coupons, shopping cards, redemption coupons, recharge cards, transportation cards, telephone cards, recharge of various phone bills or other recharges that can be used or consumed, stored-value cards and other forms of valuable gift certificates, etc.) are not eligible to participate in this event;
3. If a refund is required, it is necessary to negotiate with the verification merchant, and the payment amount and voucher will be returned to the original way after the refund, and the voucher will not be returned if part of the refund is made;
4. If the user has, appears or is reasonably suspected by ePay of violating the principle of good faith, the user may face the situation that the user cannot obtain the consumption vouchers and the use of the obtained consumption vouchers is restricted in whole or in part, as follows:
1) Participate in the activity through any improper means or in a way that violates the principle of good faith, such as disrupting the order of the activity by colluding with other users or using machines to cheat, swipe to obtain gold coins, etc.;
2) Reaching a transaction through any improper means or in a way that violates the principle of good faith, such as using hacking tools such as simulators to place orders, virtual orders, providing false transaction information, and other behaviors that disrupt the transaction order and violate the transaction rules;
3) The same user registers, holds, uses or controls multiple ePay accounts. Among them, the same user refers to the information related to the user's identity and behavior, such as the registration information of the ePay account, the network operation log, the transaction order information, etc., in which any one or several items are the same or similar, or the batch information is analyzed by a specific marker, and several of the items are identical and similar;
4) Other behaviors that violate the principle of good faith;
If the user violates the above user code of conduct, ePay will be punished in accordance with the relevant rules;
5. This event has nothing to do with Apple.inc;
6. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, Yipay reserves the right to prosecute the behavior of criminals who maliciously arbitrage the benefits of activities.
