Micro LED direct display TV and COB products were unveiled overseas
Judging from the exhibits in this exhibition, MTC focused on its Micro LED TV products at ISE, including two 2K 108-inch bezel-less Micro LED direct display TVs and 135-inch 4K Micro LED TVs.

Compared with the first exhibition at InfoCommUSA 2023 in June last year, MTC Jingxian has brought Micro LED TV to achieve a comprehensive optimization and upgrade.
Combined with a number of core technologies, MTC uses full-flip Micro LED chips, COB packaging technology, virtual pixel and real pixel display technology, VMTC patented deep black substrate, module-level correction technology, and high-precision surface warpage control technology, etc., which not only achieves image quality effects such as energy saving, high color accuracy, and high contrast, but also improves the viewing experience in an all-round way.
Among them, the 2K 108-inch bezel-less Micro LED direct display uses two display technologies of virtual pixel and real pixel to create two different versions. The 135-inch 4K Micro LED TV uses more than 20 million Micro LED chips, which can achieve a high contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1 and a color gamut of nearly 120%.
For multiple application scenarios, MTC's Micro LED TV products have 2K/4K resolutions, covering 108 inches, 135 inches, and 162 inches, mainly for home theaters, high-end business, high-end clubs, exhibition halls and other civil and commercial scenarios, with prices ranging from 49,800 to 100,000 yuan.
From the perspective of consumers, the full range of Micro LED TVs of MTC supports mainstream google TV and Roku TV systems, which can realize wireless interconnection, and are equipped with rich interfaces and can be installed in 3 steps, which is convenient for users.

As a leading COB company, MTC once again took the lead in clarifying its new strategy for 2024 and beyond.
It not only announced the latest progress of COB technology, but also provided a new reference direction for the growth curve of the industry in today's increasingly uncertain and competitive business environment, releasing two new signals.
- Signal 1: Enhance the confidence of COB to enter the consumer market
"Finding incremental markets and broadening application boundaries" is still a key issue in the current industry, and the consumer market with a starting price of trillions has attracted much attention. At present, the market penetration rate of MTC COB products has exceeded 50% in the dot spacing below P1.25, and according to MTC, the products will be launched in the P1.56 and P1.87 display markets in the near future to meet more market demand.
