It is reported that the project will be implemented in two phases. Phase I: It is planned to invest about 10.3 billion yuan to build two 1000MW high-efficiency supercritical primary reheating, wet cooling and coal-fired generating units, simultaneously install flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities, and support the construction of special railway lines, off-site ash yards and Dazhou production and operation bases. Phase II: It is planned to invest about 8.2 billion yuan to build the heating project of the "Shuangshi" Industrial Park in Dachuan District, pumped storage, wind power, compressed air energy storage and distributed photovoltaic projects in Dazhou City, as well as a comprehensive smart zero-carbon power plant and a comprehensive smart energy management center.
