Hope for spring
《黄帝内经》说“春三月，此为发陈。 ”
Fa Chen refers to the three months of the 24 solar terms starting from the beginning of spring, which is the beginning of the year.
It is to take advantage of the opportunity of spring sun to vent and retreat from the old winter storage. "Fa" means to grow hair, and "Chen" refers to something that already exists.
"Neijing" says from the perspective of health preservation, we should take a leisurely walk in the spring when the wind and the sun are beautiful, pick up flowers and willows, and often go to the green.

In the "Historical Records: Taishi Gong's Preface", it is said that "the husband is born in spring and grows in summer, harvests in autumn and hides in winter, and this is the great scripture of the way of heaven."
Chunsheng, symbolizing the budding of spring, thinking that the germination cannot be stifled, thinking that giving cannot be plundered, thinking about rewards and not punishment, persuading people to be good, urging people to do a good job of ideological and spiritual preparation for future planning, which is the guidance of heaven.
The plan of the year lies in the spring. Spring is the prologue, if spring is not prepared, how to talk about summer length, autumn harvest, winter storage.
"Birth" is the state of coming into existence from nothing. Plants and trees, from seed to germination, break through the soil, this is "life".
Therefore, spring health needs to conform to nature, that is, the state of transformation from nothing to something, from dark to light, from seeds to seedlings, from dormant state to stretched upward state, which is the "shengqi" of heaven and earth to give birth to all things.

As long as we plough the soil, silently fertilize and water, and be patient, we will get the prosperity of summer and the harvest of autumn, which is the feedback of time and the inspiration of the four seasons to our growth.
"The sky does not speak and the four seasons act, and the earth does not speak and all things are born".
Heaven and earth cannot speak, but it does not affect the operation of the four seasons, nor does it affect the growth of all things.
Everything between heaven and earth has its own laws, and they move according to their own laws, which cannot be reversed or stopped, and this is nature.
The laws of nature are not subject to man's subjective will. We always envy the abundant fruits of the autumn harvest, but we never think about whether to plant the desired seed and prepare for departure in the spring, the best time.
So don't envy others, the spring of life can be opened at any time, and it is best to continue to restart with the arrival of the spring of the four seasons.
Sowing the seeds of hope in the spring, abiding by the laws of nature, absorbing the essence of heaven and earth, storing the essence of winter storage, and preparing for intensive cultivation in the spring, this is the avenue inherited by our ancestors.
