Friends of the citizens of Zhangjiajie City:
In order to effectively deal with the adverse effects of this round of low-temperature, rain, snow and freezing weather, the Zhangjiajie Municipal Disaster Reduction Committee put forward the following initiatives:
1. Do not travel unless necessary, and if you do need to travel, please make adequate preparations for anti-slip, anti-freezing, cold and warmth;
2. Pay attention to safety protection and beware of fire and carbon monoxide poisoning accidents;
3. Strictly prevent geological disasters, strengthen the observation of mountains around houses and the treatment of snow cover in houses, and transfer and avoid dangers as soon as possible;
4. Actively clear snow and ice, and actively participate in the ice and snow cleaning in front of and behind the house.
