According to the 2022 Statistical Survey on the Employment of Graduates of Higher Education Institutions jointly conducted by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Institute of Education Development, the employment rate of graduates from major four-year universities nationwide has increased from the previous year. ERICA has an employability rate of 4.71% and ranks seventh in the country among universities with more than 2,000 graduates.
The average employment rate of more than 2,000 graduates in universities nationwide is 66.3%, and ERICA is 5% higher than that. The various employment links and support programs offered by ERICA have played an active role.
In order to support the employment of ERICA students and increase the employment rate, the Career Development Team provides support such as the operation and support of employment courses for all grades, career resonance concerts (job fairs), support for employment clubs, online and offline employment/career counseling, one-on-one counseling for unemployed graduates, mentoring programs for current employees, summer camps for industry and job job start-ups, and special lectures on job aptitude checks.
The head of employment statistics in the Career Development Group said, "This is the first effort of ERICA graduates to find employment. This is the result of the efforts of career counselors, subject professors, etc., to prepare students for employment. ”
