In 2023, Washi Group is a private building materials enterprise in our district, in the face of the complex and severe economic situation and harsh market environment, all employees of the group closely focus on the strategic core of the board of directors, overcome the difficulties together, forge ahead, smooth production and operation, cement, commercial concrete, aggregates and other sections to achieve full production and sales, complete the annual overall business objectives and tasks, and maintain a steady progress, improve the quality of the development trend. At the same time, it actively lays out new industries and overseas markets, and invests in development to a new high. Over the past year, the group has stood firm in the changing situation, and its business performance has been considerable in the bleak industry, and it has submitted a perfect answer to all cadres and employees. In the whole year, 5.8 million tons of cement and cement clinker were exported, and the sales volume of sand and limestone increased by more than 30% year-on-year. Breakthroughs were made in major projects, and the Group cooperated with Hubei Jiaotong Investment Co., Ltd. to directly supply Washi cement for major projects such as Yanji Yangtze River Bridge, Shuangliu Yangtze River Bridge, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao reconstruction and expansion. The group has successively won the second prize of the National Enterprise Culture Outstanding Achievement Award, China's Top 100 Private Building Materials, Hubei Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises, Wuhan Top 100 Private Enterprises, Top 50 Private Manufacturing Enterprises, and Harmonious Building Materials Enterprises. Wei Huashan, the founder, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the group, was awarded the outstanding contribution to the construction of national enterprise culture by the China Building Materials Association, and as a well-known entrepreneur of the Hubei Provincial Federation of Enterprises, he was invited to attend the symposium held by the Provincial Political Consultative Conference to commemorate the 45th anniversary of reform and opening up, and introduced the deeds and experience of reform and innovation.
At the summary and commendation meeting on the same day, the group commended the advanced collectives and individuals that have emerged in the company in the past year, and formulated the work goals and plans for the new year, that is, the economic indicators increased by more than 20% on the basis of the same period last year.
