On January 22, Ms. Lu, a citizen of Changzhou, reported to the police that her child Xiao Qi was watching a short video when she saw someone sending a WeChat account of "Bailu", Xiao Qi added this WeChat out of curiosity, and the other party immediately sent a message saying that Xiao Qi was suspected of leaking the privacy of celebrities, and sent a WeChat business card, saying that it was a star lawyer, and asked Xiao Qi to immediately add a friend of the lawyer. Then the other party sent Xiao Qi a lawyer's ID, and asked Xiao Qi to do what he said through a voice call. The lawyer asked Xiao Qi to open the video to the screen of the parent's mobile phone, teach to change the WeChat payment password, and then withdraw all the money on WeChat to the bank card. The lawyer obtained a bank verification code through the screen of his mobile phone and transferred 5,000 yuan.

Scammers target underage students, publish fake celebrity contact information on various social platforms, attract students to take the initiative to add friends, and then pretend to be the celebrity's lawyer, in the name of "leaking celebrity privacy", asking the victim to be investigated, open the video and operate according to the instructions, and then transfer the money in the parents' WeChat account and bank card.
