To this end, Luohai Town will include the road renovation into the county's overall urban and rural infrastructure and water supply and drainage plant network integration construction, upgrading and operation EPC project, and officially launch the town upgrading project in October 2022, the project includes water supply and drainage transformation, weak electricity to the ground, pavement renovation, sidewalk renovation, etc., with a total investment of more than 7,800 yuan.
