According to the Shandong Provincial Meteorological Observatory, from 6 a.m. on January 31 to 6 a.m. on February 1, a total of 11 cities and 63 counties (districts and cities) in the province experienced snowfall (Figure 1), with an average precipitation of 2.1 (mm, the same below), equivalent to about 320 million cubic meters of water. The average of each city is 5.9 in Heze, 5.8 in Zaozhuang, 5.5 in Tai'an, 5.4 in Linyi, 4.7 in Jining, 4.3 in Rizhao, 1.3 in Qingdao, 0.9 in Jinan, 0.6 in Zibo, 0.5 in Weifang and 0.1 in Liaocheng, and no precipitation in other cities.
There are 26 counties (districts and cities) with an average precipitation of more than 5.0 (mm, the same below), and the top 3 are: Linyi Tancheng 8.5, Zaozhuang Taierzhuang 8.3 and Zaozhuang Yicheng 7.7. The snowfall area was more obvious (Fig. 2), and the maximum snow depth was 7 cm in Cao County and Shanxian County. Since the beginning of this year, the average precipitation in the province has been 11.2, which is 3.8 (51%) more than normal.
At present, the precipitation echo is mainly located in the southern part of our province (Figure 3).
The Provincial Meteorological Observatory forecasts that from daytime to night on the 1st, the weather in Liaocheng and Lunan will be cloudy with light snow and cloudy, and the weather in other areas will be cloudy.
From daytime to night on the 2nd, the weather in the province was cloudy and overcast, and there was light snow in Liaocheng and Lunan areas. North wind, 4~5 gusts of 6~7 in the northern coastal areas, 3~4 in other areas.
From daytime to night on the 3rd, the weather in the province was cloudy, with light to moderate snow in Lunan and light snow in Liaocheng and Luzhong. North wind, 4~5 gusts of 6~7 in the peninsula area, 3~4 in other areas.
The Shandong Provincial Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning for icy roads and a blue warning for inland gales at 6 o'clock on February 1:
From the afternoon to the night of January 31, moderate to heavy snow occurred in southern Jinan, Tai'an, southern Zibo, Heze, Jining, Zaozhuang, Linyi and Rizhao, and light snow occurred in southern Liaocheng, southern Weifang and southern Qingdao, with a maximum snow depth of 7 cm, appearing in Shanxian and Cao counties. It is expected that during the day and night on February 1, there will be snow and icy roads in the above-mentioned areas, which have a great impact on traffic.
North wind, during the day on February 1, the 6~7 gusts of 8~9 in the peninsula area weakened to 4~5 with gusts of 6~7, the 6~7 gusts of 8~9 in Binzhou, Dongying, Weifang, Rizhao and inland lakes weakened to 3~4, and the 5~6 gusts of 7~8 in other inland areas weakened to 3~4; on the night of February 1, 4~5 gusts of 6~7 in the peninsula area, and 3~4 in other areas.
