Israel is the world's second largest exporter of medical devices, with core technologies and global brands in orthopedics, dentistry, and cosmetic dermatology. In addition, Israel is also the core production area of the global medical aesthetic industry chain.
Israel has two technologies that are very leading in the world, one is photonics and the other is radio frequency. When you think of Israel, you think of photons as you think of Germany and Switzerland, you think of cars and watches.
50% of the world's optoelectronic brands were born in Israel. For example, we are familiar with Fitton, Formatk, M22, Pollogen, etc., in addition, the world's best ultrasound brand Sofwave is also from Israel.
The history of IPL photonics in Israel is as follows:
In 1973, Sharplan Medical Laser Company was founded;
In 1979, Active Adif was founded;
In 1988, ESC medica was established, and in the same year, Sharplan and ESC medica merged to form ESC Shasplan.
In 1994, ESC Shasplan launched the first IPL intense pulsed light therapy device;
In 1995, the US FDA approved IPL for the treatment of cutaneous vascular diseases.

I think the current photonic market in China is very involuted, but volume is a good thing. And I think photons are very important, and if there are no photons, the dermatology department will not do well, but any institution that does a good job of photons can do well. Photons are very cheap, and if photons are combined with other products to do it, they can make money, and photons don't make money because institutions have been rolling up prices.

Therefore, we should not be afraid of new optoelectronic equipment launches, it is a new opportunity for us, and any new optoelectronic instruments or new technologies appear, we must pay attention. Make photons a little cheaper, do it with a joint scheme, and make money as soon as the amount is done and the cost is back.
I would like to report to you the results of extraordinary protein light from certification to advancement. We got the registration certificate at the end of July, began to warm up the market in August, and participated in the exhibition for the first time in September, with the current installed capacity covering 25 provincial-level administrative regions, and it is expected that it will increase rapidly in 2024.
Our main users are light medical aesthetic institutions, double beauty institutions and doctor start-up institutions. I think these institutions are full of future, and this year is the first year or the most explosive year for Shuangmei institutions, and I am particularly optimistic.
We have three goals and one focus for 2024. One focus is on Extraordinary Albumen, and the three major goals are, first, to create a new category of photonics track, second, to become the core choice of China's photonics field, and third, the annual sales target is not less than 500 units.
