(3) Main machinery and tools

1) Construction equipment: electric welding machine, cutting machine, electric drill, grinding machine, special tools, etc.

(4) Operating conditions

1) The deployment of ground wires and power cords in the computer room shall meet the requirements of the specification.

2. Construction technology

(1) Construction of frame and screen system

1) The requirements for the production of the display screen frame: the steel should be free of distortion, the cutting error should be within 5mm, the incision should be straight, smooth, no curling, burrs, etc.; the framework should be drilled with a bench drill, and it is strictly forbidden to use electrical welding to cut the hole; the frame welding requirements should be firm, no welding slag and grind to a smooth degree before brushing the paint; after the frame is made, two layers of neutral primer should be brushed, and then two layers of high-quality enamel should be brushed, and the paint can be installed only after it is completely dried.

2) Display frame installation requirements: read the construction drawings carefully, measure, pay-off to determine the accurate position of each column and beam steel of the frame; install the columns and beam steel frame with electric welding or bolting; the frame should be aligned and leveled, and the height deviation should be less than 5mm on the same horizontal plane with the same layer of rungs; the second supplementary painting should be carried out after the grounding welding of the frame; the back of the display screen and the surrounding area are closed with 50mm rock wool sandwich panels; the internal waterproof of the screen body is required to use weather-resistant glue to close the joints; the position of the maintenance door is determined on the spot.

3) Control system construction: display system installation: display unit installation. Structural unit installation. Low-voltage power supply installation. Exterior decoration construction of steel structure and screen body. Installation of signal cables and other necessary supporting equipment.

4) Control system equipment installation: server installation. Video processor installation. NIC installation. Communication cable installation.

5) Video Equipment: Program Production Non-Linear Editor Installation. Installation of video optical transceiver (industrial grade) and installation of video front-end equipment.

(2) Secondary wiring installation

1) The main technical requirements of the secondary wiring installation: according to the construction drawing, the wiring is correct; the connection of the electrical circuit should be firm and reliable; the end of the cable core and the wires should be marked with its circuit number; the number should be correct, the handwriting is clear and not easy to decolorize; the wiring is neat, clear and beautiful; the wire insulation is good, no damage; there should be no joints in the wires in the cabinet and panel; the wiring on each side of each terminal board is generally 1, not more than two; The wiring in the cabinet should be made of copper core insulated wire with a cross-section of not less than 1.5mm2 and a voltage of not less than 400V, but when the electronic component circuit and weak current circuit are connected by soldering, the insulated wire with a smaller cross-section can be used under the condition of satisfying the current carrying capacity and voltage drop and having sufficient mechanical strength.

2) Wiring in the cabinet:

The wiring in the cabinet should generally be carried out after the instruments, relays and other electrical appliances on the cabinet are all installed. Wiring should be centralized wiring, that is, the cabinet and the same row of electrical wires on the panel should be gathered in the same horizontal wiring harness, and each row of horizontal wiring harness is then integrated into a vertical bus harness, when the bus harness goes to the terminal row, and then gradually dispersed to the terminal row. The equipment in the cabinet can be connected directly, and the connection between the equipment in the cabinet and the equipment outside the cabinet should be through the terminal strip. The wire listed from the wiring harness should be measured when connected to the terminal of the binding post, cut off the excess wire, and then use wire strippers or electrician knife to remove the insulation layer, remove the oxide layer on the wire, put the marking, bend the core end into a small ring (the bending direction should be the same as the screw tightening direction), and insert the screw to fix it. When a multi-strand flexible wire is connected to a terminal, a wire nose (terminal block) should generally be installed at the end of the wire. Spare wires can be coiled in a spiral shape next to other wires, but the ends should not touch other terminals.

3) Inspection of secondary wiring

After the construction and installation of the secondary wiring must be strictly inspected and tested, and all the correct qualifications can be put into operation. The inspection test items usually include the following items: cabinet inspection, cabinet contact cable inspection, operating device inspection, secondary current circuit and voltage circuit inspection, insulation resistance measurement and AC withstand voltage test, operation test.

(3) In-cabinet inspection

Check the contents of the cabinet: the terminal strips on both sides of the cabinet can not be missing; the various instruments, relays and operating devices installed in the cabinet are not missing, and the specifications and models are in line with the design and the installation position is correct; check the connection between the equipment in the cabinet and the connection from the equipment in the cabinet to the terminal strip can not be wrong, and the wiring must be correct. In order to prevent errors caused by parallel circuits, one end of the inspected part can be unchecked and checked according to the actual situation during wiring. When checking the control switch, the switch should be turned to each position to check one by one.

(4) Inspection of the connecting cable:

The connecting cables between each device need to be calibrated one by one. The low-voltage power distribution system provides the required power supply to the display system equipment according to the first-level load, and the interface point between the control center display system and the low-voltage power distribution system is the outlet end of the power supply automatic switching box of the central computer room, and the automatic power supply switching is completed by the low-voltage power distribution system.

(5) Installation of information guidance and release system

1) The system server and workstation shall be installed in the cabinet of the computer room, and shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 6 of the GB50606-2010 Intelligent Building Engineering Construction Code;

2) The installation position of the display screen should have no impact on the pedestrian passage;

3) The display screen should be installed in a dry place without strong electromagnetic radiation sources;

4) Coordinate with relevant professionals and determine on site that the load-bearing capacity of the steel frame for floor-mounted display screen installation should meet the design requirements;

5) The display screen installed outdoors should be protected from leakage and rain, and should meet the IP65 protection level standard.

6) The playback terminal of the wall-mounted display screen is placed in the box wall mounted in the weak current room, the VGA transmitter is installed in the weak current room, transmitted to the front end through six types of unshielded twisted pair cables, the receiver box is set up at the front end, and the receiver is decoded and transmitted to the TV for display and playback.

3. Quality control

The multimedia display must be securely mounted. The power supply and communication transmission system must be connected reliably to ensure the application requirements;

General projects should meet the following requirements:

1) The identification of equipment and cables should be clear and unambiguous;

2) Cables, signal lines and power supply should be introduced separately;

3) The installation of equipment, devices, boxes, boxes, cables, etc. should meet the design requirements, and should be reasonably arranged, neatly arranged, firm and reliable, the cable connection is correct, and the crimping is firm;

4) The feeder connector should be firmly installed, the contact should be good, and rainproof and anti-corrosion measures should be taken.

4. System debugging

(1) The preparation for commissioning shall comply with the following provisions:

1) Before system commissioning, the commissioning plan and test plan should be formulated, and should be approved by the triage;

2) The equipment specifications and installation should meet the design requirements, the installation should be stable, and the shell should not be damaged;

3) Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the power cable, and the insulation resistance between the cores and between the cores and the ground wire should not be less than 1MΩ;

4) The equipment and cables should be fully identified and accurate, and should meet the design requirements and the provisions of Chapter 5 of the GB50606-2010 "Construction Code for Intelligent Building Engineering";

5) Cabinets, control boxes, brackets, equipment, shielded cables and coaxial cables that need to be grounded should be well grounded;

6) The voltage and power of power supply and distribution should meet the design requirements.

(2) Debugging of the system

For the large-screen information release system, the screen has passed the corresponding quality inspection and the acceptance of the finished screen index before the screen is factory acceptance, so after the system is installed, it is mainly for the overall brightness, software networking control display system debugging. The debugging and testing of the overall brightness is more intuitive, and it is a process of on-site debugging and inspection by the tripartite personnel after the completion of the system, and the software system networking control and screen display are the focus of system debugging, which is explained as follows.

1) Editing, production and debugging of multimedia information

(1) Text information: It is the most common and most commonly used information in program production, the preparation and processing of text information is relatively simple, mainly text writing, text translation (multilingual system), text entry, text stunts, in the software tool for a variety of fonts, sizes, colors arbitrarily selected, a variety of alignment and special effects display mode, and then according to the display of the screen to debug and proofread.

(2) Graphic information: Graphics is a kind of information expression with a large amount of information, which can intuitively express complex and abstract information, and also provides the necessary means for making a beautiful interface.

2) the debugging of the display screen monitoring and control function: the display screen is the key equipment in the display system, depending on its superior control computer can fully control its display content, display mode, and the control software provides an interface to realize the monitoring of its operating status.

3) Networking function debugging: the computer equipment in the system forms a local area network to realize internal resource sharing, the standard network interface provides the ability to connect to its standard network, the network software provides network information release, realizes network control, and after completing the networking, depending on whether each terminal can quickly respond to the instruction requirements of the control computer, and do a good job of debugging and acceptance report.

5. Self-inspection and self-inspection

(1) Hardware acceptance

The acceptance items for hardware technology and design quality include: wavelength, viewing angle, gray level, display effect, and structure.

(2) Application software function acceptance

The objects of hardware acceptance include display products, control components, power distribution cabinets, frames, etc. The main purpose of application software function acceptance is to check whether the system functions are fully realized, whether the system operation performance is satisfactory, whether the interface meets the specifications and the requirements of the owner, and whether the system is stable and reliable. When the system is accepted, we will control the display screen, and the system joint debugging of the power distribution cabinet and software.

(3) The system inspection shall comply with the following provisions:

1) The system should be tested, and the test record should be filled in and the test report should be prepared;

2) The configuration parameters and configuration instructions of the equipment and software should be fully documented.

(4) The inspection of the information guidance and dissemination system shall comply with the following provisions:

1) All menu items in the operation interface of the system's native software, display accuracy, display effectiveness function should be checked item by item;

2) The networking functions of the system's network playback control, system configuration management, and log information management should be checked item by item;

3) The installation of system display equipment and power supply transmission lines should be inspected.
