Four minutes later, Smith Rowe sent in a cross from the left side of the box and Gabriel Jesus reached out to shoot but was blocked. In the 29th minute, Smith Rowe received the ball at the edge of the penalty area, dribbled the ball laterally and shot from a distance, which was deflected. In the 38th minute, Gabriel Jesus sent an inverted triangle back pass on the left side of the box, but his team-mate failed to form a shot and was tackled.
In the 41st minute, Danilo made a steal in the midfield, then advanced to the outside of the penalty area with the ball, and shot hard himself, but the kick was high. Saka then took a shot from the middle of the box but the ball was deflected just wide of the left-hand post. In stoppage time of the half, Gabriel Jesus grabbed a header in front of goal and the goalkeeper miraculously saved the ball. Arsenal have failed to attack. At half-time, the score was still 0-0!
In the second half, Nottingham Forest made the first substitution, with Awoniyi coming off the bench to replace Chris Wood. In the 50th minute, Nottingham Forest played a quick counter-attack, and Saliba blocked the opponent's ball with his foot to defuse a potential one-on-one chance. Six minutes later, Gabriel Jesus received a clever through ball on the right side of the box and fired a fierce shot that hit the woodwork and bounced off. In the 58th minute, Gabriel Jesus had another chance when he picked up the ball and volleyed it high. The action was picturesque, as a result of which anti-aircraft guns were placed.
In the 64th minute, Nottingham Forest continued to make substitutions, with Hudson-Odoi coming off the bench to replace Dominguez. In the 65th minute, Arsenal finally scored! Zinchenko threw a boundary ball, Jesus got the ball and turned and burst into the penalty area, shot from a small angle near the bottom line, and the ball went in! Such an angle can score the ball, it's incredible! In the 72nd minute, Arsenal scored again! This time it was Saka's goal and Jesus' assist. In the 88th minute, Awoniyi scored with a low shot to pull a goal back for Nottingham Forest. In the end, Arsenal beat Nottingham Forest 2-1 to make it two wins in a row. The Premier League title race is in turmoil, with Arsenal temporarily overtaking Manchester City and rising to second place with 46 points, only three points behind Liverpool at the top of the table.
