1. Add 50,000 places in compulsory education public schools, and renovate 20,000 myopia prevention and control classrooms

(1) Focus on promoting the expansion of public schools in the compulsory education stage of the main urban area, the urban-rural junction and the central area of the county, the province plans to build a school building area of 866,600 square meters, and it is expected to add 107,400 new places after being put into use, completing 214.8% of the annual plan.
(2) The implementation of myopia prevention and control classroom lighting renovation project, the province completed the renovation of 21,702 rooms, completing 108.5% of the annual plan.

The provincial financial subsidy fund reached 422.88 million yuan, completing 100.69% of the annual plan. The province started to build, renovate and expand 195 public kindergartens in urban areas and urban-rural areas, completing 130% of the annual plan.

5. Implement free human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination for women of appropriate age
The provincial financial subsidy fund was 62.31 million yuan, completing 228.16% of the annual plan. All parts of the province will continue to carry out voluntary free HPV vaccination, and 173,500 new women of appropriate age will be vaccinated with the first dose in 2023, completing the annual target task.
6. Construct two major epidemic treatment bases in the province, and renovate and build comprehensive ICU beds in municipal tertiary hospitals and county-level designated hospitals
The provincial financial subsidy fund was 422.3 million yuan, completing 100% of the annual plan.
(1) The two major epidemic treatment bases, including the second phase of the Jinshan branch of the provincial hospital and the second phase of the West Branch of the Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University (Qishan Branch of the Union Hospital), have completed a total investment of 545 million yuan, completing 129.06% of the annual plan, and the two bases have been completed and put into use.
(2) All localities (excluding Xiamen) completed the renovation and construction of 2,676 comprehensive ICU beds in municipal tertiary hospitals and county-level designated hospitals as scheduled, completing 119.46% of the annual plan.
7. Dispatch 1,000 doctors with intermediate and senior professional titles to serve at the grassroots level, deploy 2,000 automatic external defibrillators in public places, and train 200,000 ambulance personnel

9. 500,000 new urban jobs, 100,000 new urban unemployed people, 24,000 people with employment difficulties, 100,000 new high-quality farmers will be trained, and 30,000 yuan ~ 100,000 yuan will be given to eligible college graduates for entrepreneurial projects

All cities and counties (districts) in the province have completed the adjustment and improvement of the basic pension standard of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents and the reissuance of the work as required.
11. Build 300 exemplary canteens for the elderly and 50 embedded community elderly care service institutions, and carry out visits and care services for the elderly with special difficulties such as widows and orphans, de facto unsupported children, and children with autism

16. Controlling "Table Pollution" and Building a "Food Safety Project"
The provincial financial subsidy fund reached 236.68 million yuan, completing 130.55% of the annual plan. In 2023, the overall pass rate of the sampling inspection of major agricultural products in the province will be 99.5%, and the overall pass rate of processed food sampling will be 99.47%, and there will be no food safety accidents at the large level and above.

17. Newly expanded and rebuilt 1,000 domestic garbage sorting houses (pavilions).

23. Construct and renovate 1,500 kilometers of rural roads, and concentrate on rectifying 404 key road traffic safety hazards

24. 25. Started the construction of 80 water plants and laid 1,000 kilometers of water supply pipe network
The provincial financial subsidy fund was 555.1 million yuan, completing 100.93% of the annual plan.

28.
