In order to thoroughly implement the fundamental task of "cultivating people with virtue", comprehensively improve the level of moral education work of our school's class teacher team, and push our school's moral education work to a new level, on the morning of January 19, 2023, Xuanwu Special School held the 2023 annual moral education annual meeting, which was presided over by Yao Qiuzhi, director of the Moral Education Department, and all teachers participated.

First of all, the three homeroom teachers shared the story of leading the class and the design plan of the class meeting.
Teacher Dai Bibian shared the story of leading the class with the title of "The Story of "Rope" Qi". She starts from the "rope", which is what students are interested in, and provides students with educational courses suitable for development, so as to truly educate people with love and love people with morality.
Teacher Zhu Mingyu and Teacher Zhao Qianyi shared the design plan of the class meeting. They explained how to design progressive forms of activities based on their own class conditions, and how to plant correct values into students' hearts through simple activity design.
Then, the first Xuanwu Special School Class Teacher Basic Skills Competition officially began, the competition is divided into compulsory questions, rush questions, situation analysis questions and surprise red envelope questions, each team is doing their best to get the first good result. In the link of compulsory questions and rush to answer questions, the class teachers carefully studied, carefully analyzed, and answered carefully, and the scene was very intense. In the situational analysis question, the class teachers carefully analyzed the summary of the situation, combined with the theory of moral education, and explained the reasons for the situation and feasible measures, which was unanimously affirmed by the judges and teachers. The Red Envelope Surprise game, titled "You guess better than me", asks one class teacher to describe words related to moral education through verbal descriptions or physical demonstrations, and another class teacher guesses the words. The purpose of this class teacher basic skills competition is to urge class teachers and young teachers to strengthen the learning of theoretical knowledge in their daily work, and improve their ability to think and express on the spot.
Finally, after layers of competition, Teacher Zhong Yue and Teacher Xue Yunan won the first prize, Teacher Bao Haonan, Teacher Dai Bibi, Teacher Zhu Mingyu, Teacher Zhao Qianyi, Teacher Liu Huifang and Teacher Zhang Chenyang won the second prize, and Vice Principal Miao Qian presented awards to them.
Vice President Miao Qian made a concluding speech on the event. Principal Miao affirmed the work of the Moral Education Office and the performance of the class teachers, and shared the answering skills and solutions of situational analysis questions with the teachers based on her own experience. Finally, Principal Miao placed his hopes on the teachers, hoping that all teachers could cultivate people with virtue, educate people with morality, and contribute to the cause of special education.
This competition, in the way of "integrating competition and training, promoting construction through competition", tempered the basic skills of the class teachers, and also provided a platform for the class teachers to show their personal style and exchange educational experience. The construction of the team of class teachers is a long road, which requires us to continue to explore and move forward.
