Younger people engage in bureaucracy

author:Leader of the Iron Sword Gang

Some young people will engage in bureaucracy, especially those who think they are officials, often have their nostrils turned to the sky, they will not look under their feet, and they will not engage in some field visits, but they think that the truth is in their hands and everyone else should listen to me.

Younger people engage in bureaucracy

The student union cadres of some universities engage in bureaucracy, and they are simply unbeatable officials. They will form groups and manage the students together. And they have many group departments, many officials, and a high hierarchy. Although these student union officials are not real officials, they think highly of themselves and believe that they are officials themselves at the university and can exercise power in this fertile territory. They will bring some bad social tendencies to the student union, they will manipulate students for various reasons, they will also give and accept bribes, they will use their power to provide convenience to their good friends, they will form gangs, they will be afraid of the heavy when assigning tasks, and they will push heavy tasks to others. They will also snatch honor, they will have some free disposal of money, and of course, there will be some corruption. Even after graduation and entering the workplace, they will still apply for management positions. Because they have management experience and know how to manage ordinary people. In fact, just adhering to the bureaucratic style will not make any real progress.

What about some of the young people who are managers? There will still be bureaucracy. They will not go to the people to conduct investigation and research, nor will they talk to the people, but sit high in the office all day long, make the office bright and clean, the environment is elegant, and even get a bed and sleep for a while when they have nothing to do. When I like to do things, I open the door to do things, and when I don't like to do things, I lock the door and sleep, and basically no one comes to check. Even when they do things, they will not show a smiling face, but keep a straight face and strictly follow the rules and regulations, but they will not be accommodating, will not think from the perspective of the officer, and will not explain clearly to the clerk the reason why they can't do it. Many clerks have run a lot of wrongful ways, and when they find them to do things, they know that the procedures are incomplete and they need to go through the procedures. Young bureaucrats don't explain the process to the clerks or tell them how to do things, but sit in their offices and wait for people to come. If someone can't find them when they are doing something, then they must have gone to a meeting, or gone out to investigate, etc., in short, they go out during working hours, without any explanation, and there is no exact explanation.

Younger people engage in bureaucracy

Perhaps, young people are a generation cultivated by capital, who only know how to spend money and enjoy, and seem to lack some warmth and service concepts. Young people are a generation that has grown up with the Internet and have learned the techniques of posting tasks and statistics online. However, online statistics have always been superficial and too far from real life. Whether it is online voting or online statistics, most of them are not real, but people just fill in and finish. Young people seem to have learned to use the Internet to collect statistics, so they will not visit the field. They prefer to sit in the office drinking tea, reading newspapers, giving the leader a whisker, and putting on a face to the officer, but they don't like to be close to real life and data, and don't like to talk to the people, so as not to lose their identity. As a result, they are relatively idle all day long, and when they encounter tasks assigned by their superiors, they will be busy for a while, and after they are done, everything will be fine.

It stands to reason that young people who have become officials should maintain a modest and prudent work style that is neither arrogant nor rash, and should be close to life and the common people, and should be the guide of the common people. However, young people who have become officials seem to be a little arrogant, have a very high self-esteem, and most of them have some background in order to be promoted, and those who have no background can only stay put. Young people who have become bureaucrats should do practical things, especially for the people, instead of flattering and bullying the subordinates, nor obeying orders, they need to have their own discernment, have their own logic of doing things, and act according to principles, and they should send warmth to the people who do things, and give them guidance on how to get things done, instead of deliberately making things difficult, and even refusing to stamp a red seal until they receive a gift money.

Young people should not engage in bureaucracy, but sometimes they can't help themselves and have to engage in some bureaucracy. They think of themselves as officials, and ordinary people can look up to them. When they see honor, they want to rob it, they want to grab other good things, and when they see money, they want to grab it in their hands, but they never go to the people. Unless the higher authorities want to inspect them, they have to go to the people's homes to sit down, and even carry a barrel of oil and a bag of rice to take pictures. Others actually have to pose for photos in public, clean up, and let the entourage take videos, which can be regarded as a kind of work to leave traces, but it makes people laugh.

Younger people engage in bureaucracy

It seems that bureaucracy is not practiced by age. Older bureaucrats may have bureaucratic styles, and younger bureaucrats can have bureaucratic styles, even more so than older bureaucrats. Is there a lack of supervision? Or is the punishment not severe? Young bureaucrats can learn, and they learn very quickly, and they will soon become bureaucrats, and they seem to act according to principles, but in fact they are only superficial, and they will not go to the people at all, nor will they talk to the people, and they will not understand the people's feelings, and of course they can only intrigue and bully in the officialdom. Perhaps, they don't do field research anymore......
