According to the outpatient medical records, Wang Aoji reported that after the wisdom tooth erupted, he had recurrent inflammation and pain for two months, and "the right lower impacted tooth erupted and required extraction." He denied having a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, etc.
At 10:56 a.m. on the same day, the doctor gave him a panoramic film to further understand whether there was a broken root, during the process, he suddenly fainted in the panorama room, the doctor immediately called, and after waking up, the doctor asked him about his medical history, he said that he had a history of sudden syncope before, and the doctor gave him oral 10% glucose and lying flat and oxygen treatment.
The doctor said that in order to make a clear diagnosis, Wang Aoji was immediately transferred to the emergency department of the hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and during the transfer process, he had projectile vomiting and convulsions, and the emergency doctor found that he had intracranial hemorrhage through CT examination, so he asked to be immediately transferred to another hospital for treatment, and the medical staff immediately contacted his unit leaders and family members to ask for assistance.

The reporter contacted the Medical Appraisal Commission, and the relevant person in charge said that the "Judicial Appraisal Opinion of the Forensic Appraisal Center of Sun Yat-sen University" issued by the Forensic Appraisal Center of Sun Yat-sen University on September 18, 2023 shows:
"Except for iatrogenic injury, no signs of mechanical injury were found on the surface of Wang's body and internal organs";
"Wang Moumou met the requirements of the central nervous system dysfunction caused by spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage after tooth extraction (impacted tooth 48), and finally died of multi-organ failure despite active treatment such as surgery."
Cousin Ms. Yi said that Wang Aoji has always been very healthy, and the physical examination of the unit a month before the incident showed that everything was normal, and she suspected that there was medical negligence in the treatment process of Kwai Chung People's Hospital.
Ms. Yi said that there was surveillance in the aisle of the hospital, but not in the extraction room and the imaging room, "The surveillance in the aisle could hear the sound of banging, and we suspected that the doctor's improper operation during the filming caused my cousin to fall to the ground and injure his head, and at the same time, there was fault for not conducting an examination and risk assessment before the operation." ”
