Yanghe Co., Ltd., the full name of Jiangsu Yanghe Distillery Co., Ltd., is located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, the capital of Chinese liquor, on the shore of Yanghe, an ancient town in northern Jiangsu, and the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal of Xuhuai Highway is crisscrossed by it.
The company has nearly 10 square kilometers of site and nearly 30,000 employees, including Yanghe, Shuanggou and Siyang, the three major liquor production bases and Sujiu Group Trading Co., Ltd. It is the only enterprise in China's liquor industry that has two "Chinese famous liquors" and two "Chinese time-honored brands" in Yanghe and Shuanggou. [At the same time, six trademarks, including "Yanghe", "Shuanggou", "Blue Classic", "Shuanggou Treasure Fang", "Dream Blue" and "Su", are "China Well-known Trademarks".
The glory of Yanghe comes from struggle.
Before the liberation, Yanghe Daqu was also dying due to war for many years. In 1949, the party and the government established the state-owned Yanghe Distillery, which had only 41 employees at the beginning of the factory. By the 80s, Yanghe Daqu received the beautiful evaluation of "sweet in the mouth, soft in the mouth, soft in wine, refreshing and clean in the tail, and fragrant aftertaste".
In particular, in May 1984 and January 1989, at the National Wine Appraisal, the Yanghe series won 5 championships in the tasting.
The development of Yanghe can be described as a leap forward.
In November 2009, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In July 2012, the company ranked among the world's top 500 listed companies, and in 2015, it was selected as a "geographical indication product". In 2017, in the "2017 Global Spirits Brand Value Top 50" list, Yanghe ranked second in China and third in the world. In 2018, it was selected as one of the "Top 500 Most Valuable Brands in the World in 2018".
Yanghe has overcome obstacles all the way.
Since 2005, sales revenue has maintained an average annual growth rate of more than 50% for seven consecutive years, nearly 30 percentage points higher than the industry average growth rate. In 2011, the total operating income was 12.741 billion yuan, and Yanghe shares entered the ranks of 10 billion yuan.
In 2023, Yanghe's revenue will be brilliant again, and according to the announced operating income in the third quarter, it will reach 30.2 billion yuan. Net profit attributable to the parent company reached 10.2 billion yuan. It is estimated that the total annual operating income will be 40 billion yuan and the net profit will be 12 billion yuan. It has achieved a remarkable result of tripling in the past ten years
In 2013, the company donated 10 million yuan to the earthquake-stricken areas in Sichuan and 3.3 million yuan to the Jiangxi Youth Development Foundation.
