"When we designed it, we designed the garden tour path in the shape of a heart. At the core of the garden is a "Starlight in Adversity" celebrity cultural wall, displaying 38 Chinese and foreign people with disabilities who have made great achievements in ancient and modern times, most of whom are disabled people who have won honors at or above the provincial level in our city. The garden also shows the colorful colors of nature by planting flowers and trees such as black trees, oak trees, cherry blossoms, weeping begonias, and lilacs, so that people with low vision or color loss can feel the change of the four seasons.
There are handrails on the outside of the blind path in the garden, which are set up in two layers according to the height to meet the travel needs of the disabled and the elderly, and there are also Braille hints on the location and landscape on the handrails.
Walking on the path of the park, the barrier-free sensor device can inform visitors of the location and landscape introduction in real time through infrared sensing, and the top of the corridor is also decorated with wind chimes, a variety of sensory designs, so that all people can feel the fragrance of birds and flowers here.
"The whole park fully follows the concept of 'all-age friendly', scientifically sets up barrier-free facilities, provides information exchange and social services, and realizes free play and easy access. Xie Bo said.
