If I were directing traffic, I would turn a blind eye and wouldn't catch an electric car. I know they can't afford to buy a car to drive an electric car. At most, I grabbed them and lectured them on the importance of obeying the traffic rules, but I didn't stop the car. Of course, there are stern expressions, warning them not to make an example, and then waving them to let them go. If I want to detain the car from above, I almost catch it every time.
If I were in charge of the city, I wouldn't have detained the goods of those vendors. I know that this is their job, and smashing someone's job is equivalent to killing their parents, and I can't do it. I'll tell them I'm coming, you're leaving, I'm gone, you're swinging. If I'm pressed to catch a hawker, I'm the slowest runner.
If I am a security guard in the community, I will not embarrass the delivery people as much as possible within the scope of not violating the company's regulations.
