In the event of a traffic accident or vehicle breakdown, keep in mind that "pull over, evacuate, and call the police" to avoid secondary accidents.
When driving on rural roads, you should slow down when you encounter sharp bends and steep slopes, long downhills, and roads near water and cliffs.
